What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers. We do not store credit cards on our servers.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
GDPR
To the best of our knowledge, we are GDPR-compliant. As stated above, we do not share data except as noted with sub-processors (listed below). If you are no longer a customer, you can request we remove your data, and we will comply.

Sub-processors above that have been “crossed out” are no longer being used. From 2019-2021 we migrated off many of these sub-processors to our own in-house applications. We did this so we were completely in control of these functions and data. We also did not (and do not) like all of the unnecessary tracking that goes on with a number of these applications.

This policy was last modified on December 31st, 2021 to remove MailChimp from list of active Sub-processors. We also added a paragraph to explain WHY we are no longer using certain sub-processors.
